 The launch of an expanded agricultural portfolio in Naypyitaw drew full industry attendance
 
JJ-Pun has introduced a new and expanded agricultural portfolio in Naypyitaw, bolstered by confidence in the future of agribusiness in Myanmar. Partners from all divisions of its local business as well as agribusiness technology partners from six countries joined them in marking the occasion, which was graced by H.E.U Yan Lin, Chairman of the Agriculture and Rural Development Committee and H.E.U Kyaw Swe Lin, Deputy Director General of the Ministry of Agriculture.
 
Soe Moe Min Oo, General Manager of JJ-Pun’s Agribusiness Division noted the country’s tremendous agricultural development potential, and spoke of how the right combination of agricultural policies, close industry partnerships and access to high quality products and services will be key to unlocking a brighter future.
 
“Our mission is clear: we want to bring the newest and best solutions available around the world to Myanmar – right here and now,” said Alexander Spitzy, Managing Director of JJ-Pun. To do so, the company partners leading international technology suppliers like BASF, Bayer, Dow Agrosciences, Chia Tai, JJ-NPK, Sumitomo and Zagro, whose representatives attended the event and discussed how their agricultural solutions could benefit local farmers.
 
With strong commitment from all partners to develop Myanmar’s agricultural sector and help farmers to produce locally and compete internationally, the event ended on a positive and inspiring note.
