Congratulations to New Senior Manager

Effective Jan 1, 2012, Mrs Camie Lee was promoted to senior management as regional director - compensation & benefits. Camie joined the Group in early 2008 as regional HR manager for the Corporate Services Unit.
In her enhanced role, Camie will be responsible for managing the overall provision of corporate human resource services and the compensation & benefits policies and administration. Camie will furthermore review and recommend compensation & benefits strategies for employee attraction and retention. For this, she will work closely with the Executive Board and the Group’s regional managing directors.
Camie will continue to oversee the HR administration for the Group’s senior management and is responsible for formulating, reviewing and implementing HR policies, strategies and procedures.
In addition, Camie will manage the Group’s HR information system (SAP-HR and HR related e-applications). In this role, Camie oversees the maintenance of the module for the Group and manages the SAP-HR support team including appointed key representative users across the region.
Camie completed a Bachelor in Business with a specialisation in Human Resource Management as well as a diploma in Compensation & Benefits Management and a Global Remuneration Professional Certification, which she attained in 2006.
