What do you do and what do you enjoy most about your job?
I’m involved in all of the company’s activities, which include technical sales, purchasing, controlling direct expenses and managing and developing staff. I enjoy sales the most, helping customers solve their business challenges and taking an active role in developing our business in Vietnam.
What is your experience of Jebsen & Jessen as an employer?
They provide a very good working environment and I feel that the company really takes care of us. I'm not only an employee but part of a big family. They are a demanding and ambitious company. They expect us to do well and they give us the necessary support: often rewarding us with the opportunity to advance in our career.
What did you learn and how did you develop since you joined the company?
I learned to understand people with different cultural backgrounds. I became more patient and learned to view issues from a different angle, which helps me to solve problems.
Where do see yourself in five years?
I see myself in a senior position with more responsibilities. I see myself progressing in JJ-Lapp Cable, learning new skills to develop the business. I can see many challenges lying ahead of me, which I am eager to experience. I am willing to invest time in learning all aspects of the job, as it is this that moves me towards professional advancement.
