SPA joins new joint venture

Serge Pun & Associates and Jebsen & Jessen (SEA) have entered a new joint venture to explore business opportunities in Myanmar. The tie-up between the two companies will be called JJ-Pun and headed by Mr Philipp Hoffmann.

The new development is part of Jebsen & Jessen's (SEA) ambitious growht strategy to expand their South East Asian presence. The company had previously completed some projects through its Cable Technology, Chemicals and Material Handling Business Units. The new joint venture will also be looking for investment opportunities across the country.

SPA Group has been operational in Myanmar for more than 20 years and was the perfect partner for Jebsen & Jessen because of their extensive infrastructure and experience.
