What do you do and what do you enjoy most about your job?
I take care of the after-sale services for consumer electronics and photo products. I enjoy helping customers solve their problems.
What is your experience of Jebsen & Jessen as an employer?
I am very proud to work for Jebsen & Jessen because this company is really responsible and takes care of their employees and the way they work. They put a lot of emphasis on the quality of service to our customers.
I agree with the company’s corporate governance guidelines and appreciate working for a company with good governance. I really like my colleagues, they are nice and supportive and that makes my work very enjoyable.
The company offers good benefits and the necessary material support to staff. I also enjoy working with elaborate IT systems, and Jebsen & Jessen has them all in place.
What did you learn and how did you develop since you joined the company?
I’ve learned a lot since I started and gained so much experience on the job. I’m now so much more advanced in my technical and service skills. Thankfully, the Group has offered me all the training and means necessary to advance on my career path.
