Management Team

Our Executive Board, the highest level of executive management for our Group, sets the strategic framework to the regional managing directors, who spearhead each regional business and assume direct responsibility for performance as well as operational quality and effectiveness.

The Board of Directors, comprising a total of eight internal and external members, convenes quarterly to provide strategic input on the overall Group development. Separate joint venture boards oversee our three regional joint ventures JJ-Lapp, JJ-Lurgi and MHE-Demag.

Member companies within our Group are guided in their daily operations by the corporate philosophy, which sets standards for corporate behaviour, performance and management style. In addition, our corporate compliance guidelines form a firm framework for day-to-day business operations.
