The Group is supported by a regionally deployed Central Services Unit that enables our businesses to thrive. Viewing the Group’s needs as a whole, our Central Services teams create a framework for compliance across the Group; ensuring risk management is effective and fulfilling our corporate commitment to prudence.
The services provided include corporate and legal affairs, human resource management, finance, audit and taxation, performance and control, information technology and corporate communications. Continuity and consistency are natural consequences of a regional remit. As well as contributing to Regional Business Units maintaining their own international standards, our Central Services teams are certified ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

Jebsen & Jessen Group Services Sdn Bhd, also known as The Hub, is the regional shared service centre of Jebsen & Jessen Group. Located in Shah Alam, Malaysia, The Hub began operations in April 2020 with the vision of housing all transactional finance services under one roof.
