Our Executive Board, the highest level of executive management for our Group, sets the strategic framework to the Chief Executive Officers, who spearhead each business unit and assume direct responsibility for performance as well as operational quality and effectiveness.
Executive Board


Heinrich Jessen, Chairman
Heinrich Jessen started his career as a tropical biologist before joining the family enterprise in 1995. In Jebsen & Jessen, he has worked as group director – environment, health & safety, general manager of two of the group’s packaging companies and regional managing director of its material handling joint-venture MHE-Demag. He has been chairman of Jebsen & Jessen’s executive board since 2010. He is also partner and director in the four other independent business groups that together make up the Jebsen & Jessen Family Enterprise.
Mr Jessen is a member of the Eastern Asia Review Commission of Air Liquide International and an Advisor to the Singapore Institute of International Affairs. He is also a member of the Yale University President’s Council on International Activities and a member of both the Steering Committee and the Dean’s Leadership Council of the Yale School of the Environment. He is Past Chairman of the Young President’s Organization Intercontinental Chapter and has previously served on the boards of the Singapore National Employers Federation, the United World College of South East Asia, the Parkinson’s Disease Society of Singapore and the Singapore Environment Council. He was awarded Singapore Businessman of the Year in 2016.
Mr Jessen earned a B.Sc. from George Washington University and an M.E.M. from Yale University.

Per Magnusson, Group Chief Executive Officer
Per Magnusson has been with the group since 2008 and has been a member of the Executive Board since 2015. Mr Magnusson is responsible for the Technology, Packaging, and Life Sciences business units as well as the emerging markets and group functions such as Finance, HR and Strategy.
Mr Magnusson is also a member of the board of the global mining and abrasives group GMA Garnet, a council member of the Singapore Business Federation and is the chairman of the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce.
Mr Magnusson is a Swedish citizen and holds Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from top-ranked universities in Sweden (Chalmers University) and Canada (University of Waterloo). He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Uppsala University, Sweden.

Marc von Grabowski
As of 1 January 2022, Mr von Grabowski has taken over the reins from Heinrich Jessen, who acted as interim Chief Executive Officer of JJ-LAPP, and is now leading the joint-venture through the next strategic growth phase and driving strong top and bottom-line growth.
Formerly the Chief Strategy Officer for the Jebsen & Jessen Group, and Regional Director of the Turf & Irrigation Division of Jebsen & Jessen Technology, Mr von Grabowski is now directing his full focus towards leading and growing the cable business, strengthening its product offerings and solutions.
He started his career with our material handling joint-venture MHE-Demag in the Philippines in 2009 and, by 2015, had risen through the ranks to become President. Mr von Grabowski earned a Master’s degree from Columbia Business School. ► Email contact

Lim Siew Tin


Martin Overgaard Hansen
Martin Overgaard Hansen joined our Malaysia-based life sciences business unit on 1 February 2023 to oversee it as CEO, while being supported by his predecessor, Jakob Helms, who transitioned into the Executive Director role of JJ-Lurgi on 1 March.
Mr Overgaard has a long history in different industrial management roles, including Group Senior Vice President at international EPC provider Andritz, and CEO of Glunz & Jensen, a Danish stock-listed and globally active machine maker. Mr Overgaard is a Danish citizen with an MSc in Business Administration.
JJ-Lurgi, Jebsen & Jessen Group’s joint-venture with Air Liquide, is a full-fledged engineering practice and leading innovator in the field of oils & fats, oleochemicals, and biodiesel. Chui Tau Siong
Chui Tau Siong has more than 30 years of experience in designing and manufacturing packaging solutions. He is in charge of managing operations of the packaging business unit across South East Asia, overseeing more than 600 people. Mr Chui has successfully completed a number of mergers and acquisitions such as Broadway in 2002, Labplas in 2011 and PT Indo Tirta Abadi in 2020. ► Email contact

Per Magnusson
Per Magnusson is responsible for the operations of Technology business unit across the region. Mr Magnusson is a Swedish citizen and holds a Masters degrees in Electrical Engineering from top-ranked universities in Sweden (Chalmers University) and Canada (University of Waterloo). Grant Cox
Grant Cox joined Jebsen & Jessen Group after the acquisition of GMA Garnet in 2024. Before being appointed CEO of GMA Garnet in 2021, Grant was CFO responsible for the stewardship of GMA Garnet’s financial performance, as well as managing the day-to-day operations within the finance division. Previously, he worked in EY’s Corporate Finance and Restructuring divisions on a range of clients and industries. ► Email contact

Mark Gabel
Mark Gabel became the CEO at MSM in 2018. He is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in wholesale and retail sales, as well as after-sales management, across emerging and developed markets worldwide. His career began at Daimler, where he spent more than 10 years in after-sales support. ► Email contact

Viktor Leendertz
Chief Financial Officer
Viktor Leendertz is the Chief Financial Officer of the Jebsen & Jessen Group. Mr Leendertz takes on overall responsibility for he Group’s financial, IT and risk infrastructure, including group finance & treasury, tax and internal audit, IT, corporate legal affairs, as well as the group shared service center The HUB.

Olivia Chua
Chief Human Resource Officer
Olivia Chua is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Jebsen & Jessen Group and has close to 20 years of experience working with Accenture, Hay Group and Towers Watson.
Based in Malaysia, Ms Chua is responsible for the Group’s human capital initiatives. Prior to joining the Group, Ms Chua was Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources for Valiram Group.
