Our Executive Board, the highest level of executive management for our Group, sets the strategic framework to the regional managing directors, who spearhead each regional business and assume direct responsibility for performance as well as operational quality and effectiveness.
Heinrich Jessen, Chairman
Heinrich Jessen started his career as a tropical biologist before joining the family enterprise in 1995. In Jebsen & Jessen he has worked as group director – environment, health & safety, general manager of two of the group’s packaging companies and regional managing director of its material handling joint-venture MHE-Demag. He has been chairman of Jebsen & Jessen’s executive board since 2010. He is also partner and director in the four other independent business groups that together make up the Jebsen & Jessen Family Enterprise.
Mr Jessen is a member of the Eastern Asia Review Commission of Air Liquide International. He is also a member of the Yale University President’s Council on International Activities and a member of both the Steering Committee and the Dean’s Leadership Council of the Yale School of the Environment. He is Past Chairman of the Young President’s Organization Intercontinental Chapter and has previously served on the boards of the Singapore National Employers Federation, the United World College of South East Asia, the Parkinson’s Disease Society of Singapore and the Singapore Environment Council. He was awarded Singapore Businessman of the Year in 2016.
Mr Jessen earned a B.Sc. from George Washington University and an M.E.M. from Yale University.
Per Magnusson, Executive Vice Chairman
Per Magnusson has since January 1, 2016 joined the Jebsen & Jessen Group’s Executive Board. Mr Magnusson has for the past seven years been heading the Group’s material handling unit, where he presided over a significant top-line, bottom-line, product-line and geographic growth of the business. In the Executive Board, Mr Magnusson is responsible for the Material Handling, Offshore, Packaging and Technology Business Units as well as the emerging markets of Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar.Prior to joining MHE-Demag in 2008, Mr Magnusson worked with ABB and held several senior executive positions in Malaysia, China and Sweden.
Mr Magnusson is a Swedish citizen and holds a Masters degrees in Electrical Engineering from top-ranked universities in Sweden (Chalmers University) and Canada (University of Waterloo). He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Uppsala University, Sweden.
Regional Managing Directors
Lim Siew Tin
Jakob Helms has served as Managing Director of JJ-Lurgi since 2012. Mr Helms joined the Group’s Engineering division in 2000, transferring to JJ-Lurgi as General Manager – Operations in 2002. In his current role he overseas the Malaysia based engineering practise of 110 staff. Chui Tau Siong
Chui Tau Siong is the Regional Managing Director of Jebsen & Jessen Packaging and has more than 30 years of experience in designing and manufacturing packaging solutions. He is in charge of managing operations across South East Asia, overseeing more than 600 people. Mr Chui has successfully completed a number of mergers and acquisitions for the Regional Business Unit such as Broadway in 2002 and Labplas 2011. ► Email contact
Per Magnusson is responsible for the operations of this business unit across the region. Mr Magnusson is a Swedish citizen and holds a Masters degrees in Electrical Engineering from top-ranked universities in Sweden (Chalmers University) and Canada (University of Waterloo). He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Uppsala University, Sweden.

Chief Financial Officer
Viktor Leendertz is the Chief Financial Officer of Jebsen & Jessen Group.Mr Leendertz takes on overall responsibilities for the Group’s financial, IT and risk infrastructure, including accounting, treasury, IT, corporate and legal affairs, internal audit and the country Business Services Units.
Prior to joining the Group, Mr Leendertz was Group Chief Financial Officer at DyStar, a Singapore headquartered dye and chemical group.
Chief Human Resource Officer
Olivia Chua is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Jebsen & Jessen Group and has close to 20 years of experience working with Accenture, Hay Group and Towers Watson.
Based in Malaysia, Ms Chua is responsible for the Group’s human capital initiatives. Prior to joining the Group, Ms Chua was Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources for Valiram Group.
