At Jebsen & Jessen, we are aware that as a company we also bear social responsibility in several ways: as an employer, a buyer, a producer, a supplier, a business partner and in different cultures and communities. The way we do business and engage with our environment and communities - both internally and externally - is guided by our corporate values. We become involved in environmental and community initiatives, programmes, and projects because we feel that this is how a business should operate, connected to and sharing experiences with the people within the organisation and in the communities around it.
Our Social Initiatives
Our corporate social responsibility efforts span from ongoing projects like our Meet a Need Programme to events organised by our subsidiaries and affiliated firms, such as home visits, gifts in kind, blood donation drives and humanitarian relief aid. The initiatives in which we engage aim to improve daily life by increasing educational possibilities, promoting economic development, and supporting environmental issues. As a Group, we also embrace social and gender equality and have established initiatives to foster our employees' safety and well-being as well as to enhance corporate culture and team spirit.

Meet a Need Programme
The Meet a Need programme, launched by Chairman Heinrich Jessen in 2007, is a Group-wide initiative that combines corporate volunteering with funding for social and environmental projects in the ASEAN region. The programme offers hands-on opportunities for staff to support our local communities.
Health & Wellness Programme
Our Health and Wellness initiatives are build on the five different elements of existing activities that our employees have shown strong interest in; Physical, Financial, Environmental, Social and Mindfulness. This Group-wide strategy is rooted on creating and sharing experiences together for employees, leaning towards one identity, Jebsen & Jessen.

Save the Children
Save the Children is a non-profit organization committed to championing the rights and interest of children worldwide by respondinf to major emergencies and delivering innovative development programmes.
Recognising their expertise, Jebsen & Jessen Group decided to establish a “Partner of Preference” agreement with Save the Children. This partnership allows us to maximise the impact of our assistance by working with an organization capable of delivering meaningful aid when it is most needed.
Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)
The foundation of our sustainability principles can be traced back to the strong commitment we made towards EHS standards, led by Chairman Heinrich Jessen, who recognised the importance of establishing a dedicated EHS programme for the entire Group upon joining the family business.
